Ray White Mossman for all property services

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - THE GROOVE -

THE Ray White office in Mossman may be compact in size, but the team covers a lot of ground.

With rental and sales properties from Cape Tribulation to Julatten, the Mossman office has one of the largest footprints of any Ray White office on the east coast.

The office added a fourth staff member this year, local Caitlin Carli. This has freed up full-time property managers Lars Pedersen and Cherie Ryan to spend more time working with individual tenants and landlords.

“We have quite a tight rental market these days,” Lars said.

“We normally see properties start to fall vacant at this time of the year, but our current vacancy rate three per cent.”

Ray White Mossman has been successful at the Port Douglas Business Awards in recent years, with Mossman office manager Lars Pedersen taking out the region’s best Rental Property Agent award last year.

Sales rep Richard Koser earned his first Ray White

is under gong this month, clocking up $10m in sales since joining the company in 2013, including two sugar cane farms this year.

Principal of Ray White Port Douglas and Mossman, Alan Crossman, paid tribute to his achievement, saying “Congratulations to Richard, this award is particularly impressive as the sales were achieved in such a short period of time.”
