Huge wraps for Cooper

Port Douglas & Mossman Gazette - - SPORT -

WITH his appointment as an assistant coach for the North Queensland team this year, it came as no surprise that Crocs Coach, Brad Cooper was named as the CAFL coach of the year at the Crathern Medal awards on Monday night. In addition to this honor, Cooper was also named Queensland Senior Coach of the Year.

Club vice president Chris Bradsworth was named volunteer of the year.

Crocs skipper and league leading goalkicker Kye Chapple was runner-up in the Crathern Medal for the Best and Fairest player in the league. Eight other Crocs – Wes Glass, Jonathon Hobbs, Declan Kelly, Dylan Wearmouth, Jesse Mawson and Pete Bury – made Team of the Year.
