Never mind the fact the shire has seen precious few drops for weeks now, the magic of Hollywood is a world of its own. It came to Port Douglas with dance school Bodies In Motion’s fabulous Hooray For Hollywood spectacular, in two sell-out shows at the Sheraton Mirage.

MORE than 300 students from Bodies in Motion Dance School took to the stage to perform two sell out shows in front of 1200 audience members on the weekend in their annual production, this year called “Hooray for Hollywood”. The audience was treated to a variety of dance styles, music and costumes, reliving some of the most memorable Hollywood moments of all time. Principal Saskia Turner said it had always been her goal to have sell-out shows. “The response has been overwhelming… I am so humbled by all the positive feedback and hearing everyone’s rave reviews. The entire cast and crew worked so hard to produce a professional level show and deserve every bit of praise.”
