From Septem­ber, through to Novem­ber TPDD ran an in­no­va­tive cam­paign to pro­mote the di­ver­sity and unique qual­i­ties of the Dain­tree. The pur­pose of the cam­paign was to pro­mote the Dain­tree and Dain­tree Rain­for­est as a fam­ily hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion to do­mes­tic mar­kets; to raise the aware­ness of Dain­tree based ex­pe­ri­ences and ac­com­mo­da­tion; and to raise the pro­file of the re­gion as a leisure overnight hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion. The cam­paign ran on both TPDD’s Face­book page and web­site and was ac­tively pro­moted through Face­book paid ad­ver­tis­ing, dig­i­tal in­flu­encers and eDM’s from TPDD, the cam­paign reached over 58,822 peo­ple and re­ceived3,826 en­trants, in­creas­ing web vis­i­tors by over 20 per cent.
