New stage opens up at Cooya’s Ocean Breeze
STEADY selling of house and land packages in Ocean Breeze Estate at Cooya has brought the release of another stage to market.
Stage 4 consists of blocks mainly running off Julaji Close and once again agents LJ Hooker are in charge of sales.
Lot sizes run from 800 sq m ($130,000) to 1165 sq m ($160,000).
“They’re perfect for what a lot of people want out here, and that’s space for the caravan and the boat trailer,” said LJ Hooker’s Joel Van Kalken, who has been marketing Ocean Breeze’s various stages over the past few years.
“Some people out here have even built two- and three-bay sheds and they’ve still got space for the swimming pool and what not.”
Mr Van Kalken said Ocean Breeze represented an attractive lifestyle opportunity.
Its combination of pleasant breezes, wonderful mountain range views, and affordable house and land packages is attracting local and interstate buyers.
The offering is being targetted by cashed up southerners buying for lifestyle. As well, there are a lot of first home buyers in the Cooya estate, benefitting from the first home buyers grant which at the start of 2016 rose from $15,000 to $20,000.
The house and land packages have been a staple item for NQ Homes, which has built around 75 per cent of all the homes in the estate so far.
