Pullman shows off fine dining
IT’S called Aluco, and it was in the spotlight on Saturday night as invited guests enjoyed the restaurant’s rebirth as the centrepiece of the Pullman Sea Temple Resort and Spa’s culinary offering. Guests were treated to copious champagne and the house’s own inspired cocktail concoctions, while the chefs delivered wave after wave of delectable food demonstrating their skills and showcasing the region’s flavours. Music by the The Kroovs was suitably restrained but engaging while stilt walkers, fire eaters and a ballerina in a bubble made sure there was plenty to look at.
