Ap­ply th­ese sim­ple tips ev­ery day to help ward off some of the ef­fects of stress on your com­plex­ion:

• Use a pH-neu­tral cleanser that’s un­scented and non-foam­ing.

• In­vest in an an­tiox­i­dant serum with vi­ta­mins A, C and E as well

as resver­a­trol and use it each day be­fore you mois­turise.

• Ap­ply a moisturiser that’s ap­pro­pri­ate for your skin type.

• Drink plenty of wa­ter through­out the day.

• Use a broad-spectrum 50+ sun­screen when­ever you’re out­side.

“It will not only re­pel ox­ida­tive dam­age and keep pol­lu­tants out, it will also work to re­tain skin hy­dra­tion,” Dr Adam Sheri­dan ex­plains.
