Pro­cy­cling se­lects three other riders from the World Cham­pi­onships ju­nior men's time trial and road race who de­liv­ered promis­ing per­for­mances

JULIUS JO­HANSEN

The Danish ju­nior road race and time trial cham­pion turned 18 just 10 days be­fore he won the road race at the worlds, solo­ing to the win almost a minute ahead of the ield. He in­ished sixth in the time trial, 27 sec­onds be­hind Pid­cock.

AN­DREAS LEKNES SUND

Although the Nor­we­gian, 18, in­ished eighth in the TT he was the pre-race favourite. He's got ive wins against the clock this year, and holds the na­tional and Euro­pean TT ti­tles, plus the over­all at the Tour du Pays de Vaud.

DAAN HOOLE

The Dane, 18, in­ished sev­enth in the TT and top 20 in the road race. He scored a podium in ju­nior Roubaix and 8th in KBK this spring and eyes a fu­ture on the cob­bles. He joined SEG Rac­ing Academy this sum­mer.
