WELCOME TO QT MAGAZINE

QT Magazine - - WELCOME - DARREN HALLESY EDITOR Darren.hallesy@qt.com.au

Welcome to the latest edition of QT Magazine, our first for 2017.

The theme for this issue is New Year – New You, plus an added dash of romance with Valentine’s Day only days away

In this issue I caught up with one of the nation’s most respected personal trainers, Shannan Ponton, from The Biggest Loser. He’s always good value, and doesn’t hold back, something that we all love about people who have a passion for what they do.

Also in this issue I’ve gone through the mountains of info and come up with a guide to what you’ll be watching on the box this year. Lots of returning favourites and plenty of new shows as the networks compete for your viewing dollar.

Did you make a resolution to get fit on New Year’s Day? If so chances are you need a bit of help to keep going, so QT Magazine has got tips from some of our city’s best personal trainers all who shared their favourite fitness and motivational tips.

There’s also some great recipes from a fascinating book that’s just hit the shelves, as we look into LCHF. Turn to page 18 for more.

Thanks to local girl Eden Bruce for being our ‘Covergirl’ this issue. Eden is a fitness freak, and a proud Ipswich resident.

As always, hope you enjoy the mag, and please let me know what you think.
