SO you woke up on January 1 and said to yourself “Right, let’s get to work…new year, new ME!” You put on some gym gear and went for a jog around the block, then threw out all the junk food from the pantry. Things were going great.
Fast forward a few weeks and for some it’s mostly a distant memory. You’ve gone back to work, the kids are back at school and life is so busy again that you’re struggling to find the time to stick to your resolution, but the motivation is still there.
