◆ Find your mo­ti­va­tion. Are you get­ting fit to play with your chil­dren, or your grand­chil­dren even? Ask your­self the ques­tion that in five years’ time would you re­gret not tak­ing ac­tion NOW? ◆ Set a smart goal. Make it spe­cific and set a time frame for it, then make a re­sults ac­tion plan. Sign it, and put it on the fridge. Re­mem­ber “a goal is just a wish with­out a plan”.

◆ Get the My Fit­ness Pal free app for your phone and track your food, plus record your progress and SHARE it with the world.

◆ Get through the first month of change, and then cre­ate and com­mit to form new pos­i­tive habits, which will take you to a new level.

◆ Be com­mit­ted. Be per­sis­tent. Be con­sis­tent. Noth­ing was ever achieved with­out any of these traits. Ev­ery­thing WILL get eas­ier, just don’t give up.
