Serves 6 peo­ple Equip­ment Cham­pagne flutes 1 le­mon, cut into wedges ¼ cup caster sugar ½ cup limon­cello 750ml bot­tle sparkling wine, chilled

1 Rub the rim of your glasses with le­mon. Dip rims in sugar to coat. 2 Di­vide limon­cello be­tween glasses and top with sparkling wine.

cup limon­cello 1 cup vodka 2 tbsp le­mon juice 2 cups ice

1 Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents in a cock­tail shaker. Shake, then strain into glasses.

¼ cup vodka ¼ cup white rum ¼ cup white tequila ¼ cup gin cup limon­cello ¼ cup le­mon juice 2 cups ice cubes 1 cup cola Le­mon slices, to gar­nish

1 Com­bine vodka, rum, tequila, gin, limon­cello and le­mon juice in a large jug. 2 Di­vide ice be­tween glasses, top with limon­cello mix­ture and cola. Serve with sliced le­mon.
