Pesto Chicken Pizza

4 x 12cm pre­pared pizza bases + 1 ta­ble­spoon olive oil + 2 thin chicken sausages + 1/3 cup diced canned toma­toes + 1/2 cup grated pizza cheese, plus 1/2 cup ex­tra + 8 cherry toma­toes, thinly sliced + 2 ta­ble­spoons basil pesto + 2 ta­ble­spoons wa­ter

Pre­heat oven to 240ºC/220ºC fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with bak­ing paper. Place pizza bases on trays. Heat oil in a fry­ing pan over mod­er­ate heat; cook and turn sausages for 5 min­utes or un­til cooked. Re­move from pan; thinly slice. Spread pizza bases with canned toma­toes. Top with pizza cheese, cherry toma­toes and sausage. Whisk pesto and the wa­ter in small bowl. Driz­zle pesto mix­ture over piz­zas. Sprin­kle with ex­tra cheese. Bake for 12 min­utes or un­til pizza is crisp.
