MAKES 1 quantity PREP 5 minutes
1¼ cups self-raising flour
60g butter, chopped
40g grated tasty cheese
¼ cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley ½ cup milk
Place the flour in a large bowl. Using fingertips, rub in butter to make fine crumbs. Add cheese, parsley and milk. Using a round-bladed knife in a cutting motion, mix to form a soft dough.
