Frozen Berry Yo­ghurt Bark

SERVES 4 PREP 10 min­utes

+ 1 hour to freeze COST $1.10 a serve

1½ cups sweet co­conut yo­ghurt + ¼ cup berry sauce + 1½ cups mixed frozen berries (larger ones halved)

Grease and line an oven tray with bak­ing pa­per. Spread yo­ghurt over pre­pared tray. Dol­lop tea­spoons of berry sauce onto yo­ghurt; swirl to cre­ate a mar­ble ef­fect.

Scat­ter over berries. Freeze for 1 hour or un­til firm. Break into shards; store in re­seal­able food stor­age bags for up to 2 weeks or un­til re­quired.
