Peanut But­ter Fudge Cups

MAKES 18 PREP 10 min­utes + 20 min­utes to freeze COOK 5 min­utes

½ cup smooth peanut but­ter + 1/3 cup melted co­conut oil + ¼ cup maple-flavoured syrup + Sea salt flakes, to serve

Line 18 holes of 2 x 12-hole (11/2-ta­ble­spoon) mini muf­fin trays with pa­per cases.

Place the peanut but­ter, oil and the maple-flavoured syrup in a saucepan; cook and stir over low heat for 5 min­utes or un­til com­bined. Spoon into pre­pared holes; level sur­faces. Freeze for 20 min­utes or un­til firm.

Serve sprin­kled with sea salt flakes.
