18 Allen’s Green Frogs, plus 6 ex­tra 11/2 ta­ble­spoons gela­tine pow­der 3 cups boil­ing wa­ter 2/3 cup light lime cor­dial Whipped cream, to serve 100’s & 1000’s, to sprin­kle

Place 6 x ¾-cup plas­tic or glass cups on an oven tray. Place 3 frogs in the base of each cup. Sprin­kle gela­tine over boil­ing wa­ter in a heat­proof jug; stir un­til gela­tine dis­solves. Trans­fer to a large heat­proof jug. Add cor­dial; stir to com­bine. Cool slightly. Pour cor­dial mix­ture into pre­pared cups. Chill for 2 hours or un­til set. Top with whipped cream and an ex­tra frog. Serve sprin­kled with 100’s & 1000’s. Serves 6
