A Pen­rith man, 40, was charged with hav­ing goods in cus­tody af­ter po­lice were called to Kel­lyville Pub­lic School on Tues­day, April 11 due to two drug af­fected men re­fus­ing to leave a dance con­cert. Po­lice said they were called to the

school at 9.15pm to move along two men. Po­lice spoke to the men and searched them. They made full ad­mis­sions to be­ing drug af­fected. On one man they found iden­ti­fi­ca­tion like Medi­care cards and other per­sonal cards in the name of some­one else. The Pen­rith man was given a no­tice to ap­pear at Par­ra­matta Court on May 3.
