A Penrith man, 40, was charged with having goods in custody after police were called to Kellyville Public School on Tuesday, April 11 due to two drug affected men refusing to leave a dance concert. Police said they were called to the
school at 9.15pm to move along two men. Police spoke to the men and searched them. They made full admissions to being drug affected. On one man they found identification like Medicare cards and other personal cards in the name of someone else. The Penrith man was given a notice to appear at Parramatta Court on May 3.
