Frog has in­te­grated night light.

The noc­tur­nal polka­dot treefrog has de­vel­oped a bi­o­log­i­cal night light. Lu­mi­nous mol­e­cules in lymph, skin, and glands shine un­der the in­flu­ence of UV ra­di­a­tion. The light cor­re­sponds to 18 % of the light from a full moon, help­ing the frog nav­i­gate in the dark.
