ONSET OF SYMPTOMS
1. Around 15 minutes following the final dive, the diver became lightheaded, with spinning vision, nausea, and an unstable gait. He vomited soon after but reported no other pains or aches.
2. He was immediately provided with oxygen (O2) at the dive site and continued breathing O2 at the dive centre while waiting for paramedics to transport him to the local clinic for assessment.
3. DAN was called and the team commenced looking at evacuation options to get the diver to higher level care.
