More female characters

1 James Gunn has already said that he’d like to introduce more ladies into the Guardians sequel. Tor Berggren has an idea who they should be: “Moondragon and Mantis. Or if you really need to do a package with Moondragon and Phyla- Vell you could have Phyla powerless for the time being.”

Nova

2 The first film introduced the Nova Corps, so it’s only a matter of time until the Corps’ most famous recruit makes his debut. “A proper version of Nova would be good,” says Rad Kerrigan. “Now the fleet’s been destroyed they could introduce the battle suit.”

Adam Warlock

3 Eagle- eyed viewers may have already spotted Adam Warlock’s cocoon in the first Guardians, but Tomas Becks would like to see him bust out of his shell in the sequel. “Adam Warlock and the Infinity Watch, more Thanos, definitely Nova and more Nova Corps, maybe even a better glimpse of the cosmic entities like the Watcher, Eon, Infinity…”

Peter Quill’s dad

4 The big question you want answered in Guardians 2 – who is Star- Lord’s father? “I wouldn’t mind seeing Starhawk or Adam Warlock being revealed as Peter Quill’s Dad. Get Kurt Russell, Jeff Bridges, or Don Johnson, to play him,” says Lucas Garrett.

More Of The Same

5 Most importantly, you want Gunn to, er, stick to his guns. “Whatever else they do, do not go dark,” says Belle Tain- Summer. “The movie was a triumph of goofy fun, so what I’d like to see in the sequel is more fun and more goofiness. Really push the boat out in terms of cheesy camp OTT- ness.”
