What to watch when this month

Mondays – It ’s all about the dead coming back from the grave tonight – the nasty ones run riot in The Walking Dead on Fox, while the nicer ones say hello in Resurrection on Watch ( from 16 March).

Tuesdays – An outpost of US network the CW, with The 100 and Supernatural on E4, The Flash on Sky 1 and The Originals on Syfy. You can also catch Extant on Syfy.

Wednesdays – Canada’s finest sci- fi export, the time- travelling Continuum, continues on Syfy.

Thursdays – A pair of shows return from their winter breaks, with Forever on Sky 1 from 12 March, and Sleepy Hollow on the Universal Channel from 26 March. Arrow continues to fire its way on to Sky 1.

Fridays – Aaron Stanford is the new Bruce Willis ( kinda) in 12 Monkeys on Syfy.
