Jurassic Park Collection Nemesis

SFX: The Sci-Fi and Fantasy Magazine - - Dvd & blu- ray -

Release Date: OUT NOW!

1993- 2013 | PG | Blu- ray Get warmed up for the release of Jurassic World on 12 June with this four- disc box set. It brings together the original 1993 Spielberg classic ( We said: “a note- perfect disaster movie”), the director’s follow- up The Lost World: Jurassic Park (“has fresh ideas, but never finds a plot meaty enough to hang them on”), Joe Johnston’s Jurassic Park III (“Let’s do it all again, with different monsters!”), and the 3D conversion released to celebrate the franchise’s 20th anniversary. If you’re a fan you’ll already own all this, of course: the only “exciting bonus” is that the packaging has been designed to leave space for your disc of Jurassic World, which is terribly thoughtful of them.

1992 | 18 | Blu- ray From the director of JeanClaude Van Damme’s Cyborg and the rubbish 1990 version of Captain America comes this cyberpunk- y B- movie about a former- LAPD cyborg. Assigned to recover stolen secrets, he discovers a plot to copy the minds of people in power into android bodies. Expect lengthy machine- gun battles, characters wearing trenchcoats and sunglasses, Blade Runner- esque musings about whether a machine can really feel, and the creeping feeling that if William Gibson stumbled across it airing late- night on cable he’d have his head in his hands. 101 Films have also released a four- movie Nemesis box set including three sequels: Nebula, Time Lapse and Death Angel.
