Kristina Ohls­son is a po­lit­i­cal sci­en­tist and un­til re­cently held the po­si­tion of coun­tert­er­ror­ism ofƂcer at OSCE (the Or­gan­i­sa­tion for Se­cu­rity and Co-op­er­a­tion in Europe). Based in Stock­holm, she has pre­vi­ously worked at the Swedish Se­cu­rity Ser­vice, the Min­istry for For­eign Af­fairs and the Swedish Na­tional De­fence Col­lege. Her lat­est book Buried Lies looks at Ƃve bru­tal mur­ders in two coun­tries and the im­pact it has on one fam­ily. A woman con­fesses to the killings and then leaps off a bridge to her death. But the woman’s brother is adamant she is in­no­cent and now he is in­sist­ing the case be re­opened.
