Liv Phyland considers herself a professional goof, health coach and TV presenter.

She was a familiar face on ABC3 for four years, and is now working on a music show called The Loop.

Before jumping onto our television screens, Ms Phyland graduated university with a degree in psychology and then completed an online course with The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

She enjoys spending her time reading, surfing, singing, playing guitar and hanging with her friends and family.

She claims she’s an ‘activity junky’, nature nerd, food fanatic and, most importantly, extremely passionate about living a vibrant, healthy and balanced happy life.

You may know Teigan Nash as a TV presenter and Tourism Australia ambassador.

She was a smiling face on Saturday Disney for four years, and since then has been doing some freelance hosting.

Along with presenting and producing, Ms Nash has a passion for promoting positive health and wellness and, in 2016, completed her Nutrition Certificate through the Nature Care College.

She has worked and travelled abroad, and is now based on the beach in Cronulla.

She loves the ocean, going on bike rides, watching the sun rise and set, and living an active lifestyle.
