Ar­riv­ing in a fleet of chauf­feur-driven Land Rovers, 100 guests were treated to a rare view­ing of the pri­vate gallery at Garangula es­tate in Har­den, NSW, in hon­our of a sump­tu­ous Gala Din­ner to cel­e­brate the in­au­gu­ral Bri­tish Polo Day Aus­tralia. Din­ner was the work of In­terCon­ti­nen­tal Syd­ney’s Culi­nary Di­rec­tor, Ta­mar Pamer, and his team, cul­mi­nat­ing with the ho­tel’s sig­na­ture dessert, the Golden Egg, served with the drama of liq­uid ni­tro­gen.
