High energy in a glass. 45ml Vantage australia 30ml pear purée (or 1 whole fresh ripe pear muddled in Boston glass) 10ml fresh lemon juice 1tsp fresh honey (or 15ml honey water: 100ml fresh honey, 500ml boiling water mix well and bottle for easy use) 1 fresh orange wedge
place all ingredients into Boston glass with the honey being the last ingredient to be placed on top of the others. Shake well with cubed ice and double strain into a tall cocktail or Collins glass over cubed ice. Garnish with pear slice and orange zest or twist.
