YOU WILL NEED
■ Caron Simply Soft Party (99% acrylic, 1% metallic, 85g/150m), Fuchsia Sparkle (0002) or Red Sparkle (0015)
Snow Sparkle (0001)

■ A 4mm (US G/6) hook

16 sts and 9 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over tr st using a 4mm hook
16 sts and 22 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in) over dc st using a 4mm hook (see Notes)

The Lettering is worked onto the Front and Back pieces at the end, over the Dc Band.
You can download the lettering used from our website at www.simplycrochetmag.com You may need to go up a hook size on the Dc Band to match the tension of the rest of the jumper. You choose how you’re going to behave at the office party with this cheeky reversible jumper. Easy to hook up and fun to wear!
BACK/FRONT MAKE 2
Using Fuchsia Sparkle or Red Sparkle, ch90 (98: 106: 114).
Row 1 (RS) Tr in fourth ch from hook (skipped ch count as tr), tr in each ch to end, turn. [88 (96: 104: 112) sts]
Row 2 Ch2 (counts as first st), (BPtr around next st, FPtr around next st) to last st, BPtr around last st, turn.
Rows 3-4 Repeat Row 2.
Row 5 Ch3 (counts as first tr throughout), tr in each st to end, turn.
Repeat Row 5 until the Jumper measures 32cm, ending with a WS row.
Row 1 (RS) Ch1 (does not count as st throughout), dc in bl of each st to end, turn. [88 (96: 104: 112) sts]
Rows 2-19 Ch1, dc in each st to end, turn. Row 20 Ch1, dc in fl of each st to end, turn.
YOKE AND NECKLINE RIB
Row 1 (RS) Ch3, tr in each st to end, turn. Repeat Row 1 until work measures 54.5 (56.5: 58.5: 60.5)cm, ending with a WS row.
Next row (RS) Ch2 (counts as first st), (BPtr around next st, FPtr around next st) to last st, BPtr around last st, turn.
Repeat last row once more.
SLEEVES MAKE 2
Ch36 (38: 38: 40).
Rows 1-2 Repeat Rows 1-2 of Back/Front. [34 (36: 36: 38) sts]
Row 3 (RS) Ch3, tr in each st to end, turn.
Row 4 Repeat Row 3.
Row 5 Ch3, tr in st at base of ch, tr in each st to last st, 2tr in last st, turn. [36 (38: 38: 40) sts]
Row 6 Ch3, tr in each st to end, turn. Repeat Rows 5-6 a further 11 (10: 13: 12) times. [58 (58: 64: 64) sts]
Repeat Row 3 until Sleeve measures 44cm.
Copy the Lettering (see Notes) onto a sheet of stabiliser and position over the Dc Band on the Front/Back piece.
Using Snow Sparkle, embroider chain stitches across the Lettering (see below).
To chain st: thread yarn onto a needle, secure yarn on the WS, bring the needle up to the RS and back into the same hole, pull gently, leaving a small loop on the RS, *working in the direction of the Lettering bring the needle back to the front, pass the needle through the loop, bring it back through the same hole, pull gently leaving a small loop; repeat from * across.
Repeat the Lettering on the other Front/Back piece so that you have Naughty on one side and Nice on the other, then soak the stabiliser until it dissolves.
You could surface crochet the lettering or add letter appliqués if you prefer.
TO MAKE UP
Sew the Front and Back together at the shoulders, leaving the central 25cm open for the neck.
Mark the centre top of the Sleeve, align with the shoulder seam, and sew to the Front and Back. Repeat with second Sleeve.
Sew the sleeve and side seams together. Weave in all ends.
