ARMCHAIR CADDY

Note Double knitting (not to be confused with the yarn weight), is a knitting technique that enables you to produce a double layer of stocking stitch. The foundation row is made by working a yarn over after every knit stitch. On subsequent rows, one stitch is knitted and the next slipped, which forms a double layer. Be careful not to catch any yarn from the slipped stitch, and always bring the yarn forward before slipping the stitch and then take it back to knit the next stitch.
