Panasonic expanded into the smart assistant enabled speaker market, by unveiling the SC-GA10. The desktop speaker is claimed to offer better quality than Google Home.
Panasonic also unveiled a 77-inch version of its flagship EZ1000 OLED, and provided emphasis on HDR10+. Hollywood heavy-weight, 20th Century Fox, announced its support of HDR10+. Panasonic revealed it would bring HDR10+ compatibility to its 2016 4K Pro OLED TVs, and extend it to its full 4K line-up in 2018.
Panasonic also launched a truly groundbreaking prototype, a moving fridge which comes to an individual on command. The ‘robo-fridge' can come to a person when they call it, provide a person with food and drinks, and even clear away dirty dishes. The fridge also links to a database which stores information about every bottle within it.
