Over the past few weeks, Si­enna Blake has been a woman un­der siege. She’s been strug­gling to cope with the dev­as­tat­ing death of her fa­ther Pa­trick and her daugh­ter Nico’s re­cent heart at­tack and de­spite her re­la­tion­ship with lov­ing fi­ancé Ben, Si­enna has sought pas­sion­ate so­lace in the arms of Trevor Royle.

She knows she’s be­tray­ing Ben (Ben Richards) and is run­ning the risk of mak­ing Trevor’s (Greg Wood) lover Grace (Ta­mara Wall) her sworn en­emy but Si­enna (Anna Passey) can’t help her­self. She just needs to bury her heartache.

Un­for­tu­nately, Si­enna’s lies and de­cep­tions look like catch­ing up with her when a hos­pi­talised Nico (Perse­phone Swales-Daw­son) de­vel­ops re­nal prob­lems af­ter in­ten­tion­ally fail­ing to take the anti-re­jec­tion med­i­ca­tion she needs to keep the kid­ney that Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter) do­nated to her years ago func­tion­ing.

Si­enna’s un­ease over her daugh­ter’s ac­tions causes prob­lems be­tween her and Ben and, frus­trated by Ben and Nico’s close re­la­tion­ship, she re­treats into Trevor’s arms. Their se­crecy in­flames Grace’s sus­pi­cions that Trevor is cheat­ing on her and she vows to kill his mys­te­ri­ous lover.

Mean­while, Nico takes mur­der­ous steps to ac­quire a new kid­ney when she poi­sons Theresa with the in­ten­tion of killing her and steal­ing her other kid­ney for a trans­plant.

Luck­ily, Si­enna in­ter­rupts her daugh­ter’s deadly plan and saves Theresa’s life only to earn her­self an­other en­emy. Seek­ing Trevor’s help to deal with Nico, Si­enna en­rages her eaves­drop­ping daugh­ter against her and soon af­ter, Trevor pan­ics to find Si­enna ly­ing seem­ingly life­less on the jetty af­ter be­ing stabbed. To make mat­ters worse, Grace is stand­ing over Si­enna’s body!

Dev­as­tated to think that Grace is re­spon­si­ble, Trevor keeps vigil by Si­enna’s bed­side as she fights for her life, un­aware that the real would-be killer is still on the loose, pos­si­bly with deadly new plans to fin­ish the cruel job they started.
