Leo PRESSURES David TO HELP HIM DEAL WITH A DODGY MATE FROM HIS PAST BUT IT COULD DESTROY THE BROTHERS’ RELATIONSHIP
It would be harder to find two closer siblings than the Tanaka twins but even their relationship is not immune to life’s challenges. And it looks like Leo and David’s close bond is threatened when a shady guy from Leo’s past returns to cause trouble.
The very reason David (Takaya Honda) comes to get involved in the messy situation is actually what makes the siblings such a tight unit. These men would do anything for each other even if it means risking everything to ensure they are safe and well.
Their big sacrifices include Leo (Tim Kano) moving to Erinsborough to help David find the truth about their father. And the twins have learnt only to rely on each other because they only ever had their mother and great-grandmother for support, who both pushed them away with lies and judgment.
Out of the brothers, Leo has always been the one getting involved with a bad crowd and his dodgy mate Mannix (Sam Webb) certainly fits that criteria. He shows up in town and it’s not long before Leo is put in a very dangerous position.
Leo has few options to deal with the trouble Mannix has brought into his life and his best shot at escaping unscathed is by asking David for help. But it’s no small favour and only serves to get David caught up in turmoil he would otherwise avoid.
David, who has always been the more moral and good-natured of the brothers, is angry and hurt that he’s become embroiled in Leo’s mess. Could the brothers’ solid relationship be in jeopardy?
