TICKS AND CROSSES

South Burnett Times - - WELCOME -

✔ to all responsible for the poppy presentation night. Also for placing a poppy beside my Great Uncle Fredrick’s name.

✔ to the charming schoolgirl who assisted me across the street with a shopping trolley. She then wheeled the trolley to my car and helped lift a heavy carton into the boot of the car. Thankyou!

✔ to Nanango RSL who put on a fabulous Breast Cancer Dinner Fundraiser.

✔ to Saint Mary’s rock on stage show. All the kids did a fantastic job and everyone who was involved.

✔ Big thankyou to the person who handed in my car keys to the Nanango Post Office last Tuesday – silly me – much appreciated.

✔ to the staff and students at Wondai for their excellent performance at wakakirri.

✔ to Kingaroy junior soccer club and Subway for the squirts program.

✔ to Kingaroy Rugby League Football Club along with the wider community for looking after one of their own in a time of need.

✘ to the council painting over the diagonal parking in Nanango.
