Telstra must listen
IN REGARDS to the battle for reception (SBT, July 22). I have no coverage from Telstra at the north end of Francis Rd. Those selling mobile phones should go for a drive in the Telstra coverage area. They will be shocked.
The coverage system is a complete disgrace.
Years ago, Telstra had a go at me for not paying monthly bills, so when someone rang to inform me I hadn’t paid phone bills for six months, she helped me with good manners, understanding the problems I had with coverage. All bills were written off. It seems if most do not pay mobile phone bills due to poor coverage, then something may happen. The customer has a right to proper coverage.
