LOCATED north of Brookstead is the top-shelf farming property, Worrenda.
The property comprises 196.3 hectares (485 acres) of superb Downs treeless plain country with deep black self-mulching clay soils.
Approximately 190ha (470 acres) is cultivated and currently planted to Bollguard cotton.

Also included with the sale is a 308-megalitre nominal annual groundwater allocation.
The property has two equipped irrigation bores – one driven by electric and one diesel motor.
In addition, there is a stock and domestic bore equipped with electric submersible. This water is used for spraying and also reticulated to the residence.
