AUSTRALIND Bushcare Council is introducing the community to the multitude of native flora at their fingertips on Sunday from 10am in the Wardandi Flora Reserve Wildflower Walk.

All are welcome to take part in the walk which meets at the reserve on Paris Road opposite the skatepark with members of the bushcare council to guide people to the native flowers which are now blooming.

Bushcare council member Peter Eckersley said the purpose of the bushwalk was to help the community find out about why it was a floral reserve and enjoy the wildflowers.

“It’s an opportunity to connect with the upkeep and management of the flora reserve as well,” he said.
