Unconfirmed sighting of missing woman in South West
WA Police have recovered closedcircuit TV footage from the Bunbury area after an unconfirmed sighting of missing woman Carole Livesey.
Ms Livesey has been missing since she walked out of Rockingham Hospital on October 3 without permission from doctors and headed to the Waikiki Salvation Army – a place she had volunteered at in the past.
A police spokeswoman confirmed to the South Western Times that information had been received from the Bunbury area into the disappearance of Ms Livesey, and the information was being investigated.
“There was an unconfirmed sighting in the South West. There is nothing to confirm it was in fact Carole,” the spokeswoman said.
The spokeswoman did confirm CCTV footage had been sourced by police.
Ms Livesey is described as being 165-170cm tall, with a slim build, brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin and was wearing a nose ring.
Police say she also has an English accent.
Anyone who has seen Ms Livesey or knows of her whereabouts should call police on 131 444.
