Halloween fun just the trick for shoppers

South Western Times - - News -

GHOULS, ghosts and all the things that go bump in the night will creep into Bunbury Forum for Halloween fun next week.

Running from 3pm to 6pm on October 31, children of all ages are invited to take part in trick or treating throughout the forum with various retailers getting involved with trick or treat zones for children to visit and collect lollies.

Forum marketing manager Ashley Hastie said the centre was committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for the whole family.

“Our Halloween activities are a fantastic way to introduce your children to the excitement of Halloween in a safe and secure space,” he said.

“It’s so much easier for parents – they can come in, grab a coffee, wander around and take a look in some shops while the kids are running around getting candy. “We have bought over 4000 pieces of candy so we will have everyone covered.”

Trick or treating was first introduced into the forum last year, which saw almost 700 children involved in the free event.

Maps will be available outside Big W from 2.45pm, with more details available at www.bunburyforum.com.au.
