Foren­sic sci­en­tist on conflict zones

BEL­MONT will host an in­ter­na­tion­ally recog­nised ex­pert in foren­sic sci­ence for a talk at Ruth Faulkner Pub­lic Li­brary this month.

Pro­fes­sor James Speer has ex­ten­sive ex­pe­ri­ence as a se­nior foren­sic sci­ence prac­ti­tioner in the in­ves­ti­ga­tion and man­age­ment of se­ri­ous crimes and ter­ror­ist of­fences in North­ern Ire­land.

He will present a talk on foren­sic sci­ence in conflict zones.

It all takes place on Tues­day, May 16 from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, with light re­fresh­ments served from 6pm.
