Au­thor to share tricks of trade

BEST­SELLING writer Fiona Palmer is head­ing to Ruth Faulkner Pub­lic Li­brary in Cloverdale for a talk.

Ms Palmer writes sto­ries set in Aus­tralia that paint a vivid pic­ture of life, from the in­spir­ing land­scapes to the down-to-earth char­ac­ters.

Join her on Thurs­day, September 14, be­tween 6.30 and 7.30pm for a free dis­cus­sion about coun­try life, love in ru­ral Aus­tralia and her new book, Se­crets Be­tween Friends.

The au­thor will be avail­able for a ques­tion and an­swer ses­sion af­ter the talk, and there will be an op­por­tu­nity to pur­chase signed copies of her novel.
