Police appeal for hit and run witnesses
MAJOR Crash Detectives are continuing to investigate a hit and run in Rivervale late last month that left a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries.
Police officers were called out about 12.15am on September 23 to reports that a four-wheeldrive had hit a male pedestrian on Great Eastern Highway near Fitzroy Road.
The driver of the fourwheel-drive left the scene.
The victim was taken by St John Ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
A man has been assisting detectives with their inquiries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash, or who saw the four-wheel-drive or pedestrian before the crash has been asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
