REGISTERED nurse and Quiet Minds Yoga instructor Andrea Fissioli believes yoga is a preventative medicine.
“I want to teach students how yoga can improve their life,” she said.
“Yoga can help to increase your strength, flexibility, immunity, wellbeing and happiness.
“We use the breath to calm the nervous system, which gives you a greater sense of relaxation within the body.”
