Literacy Day baby books

Southern Gazette (South Perth) - - Near You -

SOUTH Perth Primary School has some very talented students, and they are keen to help the younger generation get an early start. To celebrate International Lit- eracy Day, babies born into the school community were presented with books. Siblings of the babies shared stories with the school community at a special assembly. Year 2 student James Richardson, who won first place in his category in the WA Young Writers’ competition, opened the assembly with his story The LonelyJellyfish.
