“It was a big factor for us when we bought the place; we walked down to the room and just thought it was fantastic.”
The cottage garden, with bore reticulation, practically takes care of itself.
And along with the undercover spa and lawn space, the back yard is wonderful for al- fresco entertaining.
“It’s been great at Christmas and the summer holidays or when we have friends or the girls around,” Sue said.
In addition, the property is also close to the foreshore and good schools, as well as cafes, restaurants and entertainment.
“It is a super-quiet street with only local traffic. The foreshore is virtually in our back yard and I can walk down once I do the school drop-off,” Sue said.
