San­tas to gather for char­ity cause

HUN­DREDS of Santa looka­likes will make their way to Leed­erville next month for the fifth an­nual Va­ri­ety Santa Fun Run.

Hosted by Bur­swood­based Va­ri­ety on De­cem­ber 7, the fun run is a 4km route through Leed­erville as part of the Light Up Leed­erville Car­ni­val.

Ev­ery­one is in­vited to reg­is­ter and re­ceive their Santa suit to take part and share the Christ­mas spirit.

Chil­dren aged up to 5 years will run free and re­ceive a Va­ri­ety Santa hat.

Reg­is­tra­tion for chil­dren aged 6-12 years is $10 and adult en­try is $40.

The fee in­cludes a full Santa suit.

Funds raised will go to­wards the Va­ri­ety Free­dom Pro­gram, giv­ing chil­dren liv­ing with phys­i­cal dis­abil­ity the gift of mo­bil­ity and free­dom this Christ­mas.
