SALES THE SouthernGazette sales reported by REIWA members fell this period by 9 per cent and annually by 26 per cent.
The overall Perth market saw sales lift over the previous four weeks by 4 per cent but are down 5 per cent on the same time last year.
The average time to sell a property has dropped down to 58 from 63 days for the three months to October 2014 since September and is up 12 days on the same time last year.
REIWA members reported total listings for sale in the area of 1023, a 9 per cent lift from the previous four weeks and up 56 per cent annually.
The Perth Metro region also increased in listings for sale and is up 11 per cent on the previous period and 37 per cent annually.
Belmont entered the top listing suburbs at the expense of Burswood and South Perth remained at number one position.
