SALES THE South­ernGazette sales re­ported by REIWA mem­bers fell this pe­riod by 9 per cent and an­nu­ally by 26 per cent.

The over­all Perth mar­ket saw sales lift over the pre­vi­ous four weeks by 4 per cent but are down 5 per cent on the same time last year.

The av­er­age time to sell a prop­erty has dropped down to 58 from 63 days for the three months to Oc­to­ber 2014 since Septem­ber and is up 12 days on the same time last year.

REIWA mem­bers re­ported to­tal list­ings for sale in the area of 1023, a 9 per cent lift from the pre­vi­ous four weeks and up 56 per cent an­nu­ally.

The Perth Metro re­gion also in­creased in list­ings for sale and is up 11 per cent on the pre­vi­ous pe­riod and 37 per cent an­nu­ally.

Bel­mont en­tered the top list­ing suburbs at the ex­pense of Bur­swood and South Perth re­mained at num­ber one po­si­tion.
