DALE Al­cock Homes con­tin­ued its win­ning streak at the 2014 HIA WA Hous­ing Awards, named Pro­fes­sional Ma­jor Builder of the Year for the fourth con­sec­u­tive year.

Dale Al­cock Home Im­prove­ment was also tri­umphant, scoop­ing the Pro­fes­sional Medium Builder of the Year ti­tle for the fifth year run­ning.

The awards were pre­sented at the State Re­cep­tion Cen­tre in Kings Park last week.

The judges were im­pressed with the group’s com­mit­ment to ex­cel­lence, in­no­va­tion and lead­er­ship.

Dale Al­cock gen­eral man­ager Dean O’Rourke said he was hon­oured and hum­bled by the recog­ni­tion.

Zorzi South re­ceived three HIA WA ac­co­lades – Framed Home of the Year and Re­gional Home of the Year for its im­pres­sive home in Ea­gle Bay, as well as Ex­cel­lence in Ser­vice (Small Builder).

Giorgi Ex­clu­sive Homes dom­i­nated the higher den­sity cat­e­gories, re­ceiv­ing both the Apart­ment of the Year and Apart­ment Com­plex of the Year ti­tles.

Webb & Brown-Neaves was hon­oured with the Live­able Home of the Year award.

Dale Al­cock gen­eral man­agers Steve Gre­han, Dean O’Rourke and Cameron Lade with the com­pany’s lat­est awards.
