REAL estate network Ausnet has merged with Prominent Agents Network, forming the largest connection of independent property agencies in Western Australia.

The new group, working under the PAN banner, will include more than 30 agencies spread across the State.

PAN chairman and Bourkes licensee Alan Bourke believed the merger would benefit both members and their clients.

“Our model is to promote training and systems to independent agents at affordable costs,” said Mr Bourke.

“Our aim is to be the most dynamic independent group offering cost-effective marketing, top trainers and the latest innovations to our members.

“Prominent Agents Network will be a great fusion of a cohesive group of members with new energy and direction.” For example, since the merger, members were given access to a new marketing module, which provides streamlined marketing processes to help promote their brands.

The larger size of the group also enabled greater bulk buying power and gave members the opportunity to pass these savings directly to their clients.

There are still limited opportunities for new members to join PAN.
