I don’t think this is just a case of lack of parental care because it’s not just young people who are behaving this way.
In fact, I find that good manners and responsible adult behaviour seem to be missing in Perth, across all age groups.
Is it the Government’s fault or the police not doing their job properly?

South Perth-based community choir Tuxedo Junction are about to embark on their 10th year of carolling for the City of Perth. The choir will perform a range of Christmas carols in the lead-up to the festive season. They will be carolling on December 14, 19 and 22 in the city.
