I don’t think this is just a case of lack of parental care be­cause it’s not just young peo­ple who are be­hav­ing this way.

In fact, I find that good man­ners and re­spon­si­ble adult be­hav­iour seem to be miss­ing in Perth, across all age groups.

Is it the Gov­ern­ment’s fault or the po­lice not do­ing their job prop­erly?

On the other hand, is it just that

South Perth-based com­mu­nity choir Tuxedo Junc­tion are about to em­bark on their 10th year of carolling for the City of Perth. The choir will per­form a range of Christ­mas car­ols in the lead-up to the fes­tive sea­son. They will be carolling on De­cem­ber 14, 19 and 22 in the city.
