A con­fused bur­glar break­ing into a po­lice sta­tion and As­cot’s Wilson Tuckey chal­leng­ing two Bel­mont coun­cil­lors had our on­line read­ers talk­ing last week. Not the sharpest tool in the shed! Great that crims do a ver­sion of home de­liv­ery though. - Erin Black Bel­mont peo­ple are fast wak­ing up to this com­mu­nity group. While I won't be vot­ing for Mrs Godfrey at the next State elec­tion, nei­ther will I touch any­one linked to this com­mu­nity group for the next state or lo­cal elec­tions. I hope Mr Tuckey will con­sider run­ning for the new coun­cil. We need a strong voice for Bel­mont. - John
